We know the venue is typically the first thing you book for your wedding. Black Fox on Welsh offers you the biggest return on your investment in Southwestern Wyoming. With what is included in your rental fee, you will be able to see that you can have a beautiful location and make it your dream wedding, too.

Our hardworking team will give you over 20 years of combined wedding and event planning experience. All of the “tedious” day-of duties are completed for you! Select from our extensive décor inventory the items you love to get the look you dream about. Our team will help you transform your dream into reality, and come the big day, we will decorate for you. That means you do not have to stress about when you will get it all done and who will need to help out. It allows you, your family, and your friends to enjoy the day! Your rental includes Friday from 3:00-7:00 pm for your rehearsal, Saturday 9:00 am-11:00 pm, Sunday between 9:00 am-12:00 pm to pick up any items you left behind (see Timeline below), AND we handle the clean-up, plus much more! We have recently added a Saturday only for January, February, and March dates.

Albany County, Wyoming, sales tax of 6% will be added to your total.

We do require all events to obtain a $1M insurance policy with Black Fox listed as additional insured. This runs about $200 for the policy and can be sourced through your local insurance agent or online at Eventsured.com or Wedsafe.com.

What is Included:

  • Inventory of Echos of Yesterday (our extensive collection of wedding décor and vintage furniture). There are many options for table decor (lanterns, candles, vases, wood, assorted colors of table runners and linen napkins, chargers, floral, garland), cake and gift tables, isle decor, several arches, and floral swags, and much more.

    • All styling of selected décor -take the stress out of your day, we take care of the decorating for you!

    • Set up and clean up.

  • Outdoor wedding ceremony area with a view of Pole Mountain (with the option to hold indoors in case of uncooperative weather) - several arches to choose from, white padded garden chairs

  • Wedding Party

    • Access to the bridal suite for you and the bridal party to get ready on the day of your wedding (lots of natural lighting, large mirrors, full bathroom, seating areas, access to sunroom and porch)

    • Library for the groomsmen to get ready in.

  • Two 1,600 sq ft (appx) indoor reception and dance spaces, with the ability to hold an indoor ceremony (and enclosed bar area with refrigeration)

  • 15 Farm tables, 120 mismatched wood chairs, 20 round tables, 200 white garden chairs, sweetheart tables, cocktail tables, vintage furniture, 6 cocktail tables

Timeline for Weddings:

  • Friday (3:00 pm - 7:00 pm) – Schedule your rehearsal and bring in any items for Saturday (beverages to refrigerate, anything you want to add to the decor, etc.)

  • Saturday (9:00 am - 11:00 pm) bar and music must end at 10:30 pm All items in the bridal suite and library must be removed Saturday evening.by 10:00 pm

  • Sunday (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) cleanup and removal of any items you and your guests have left.

  • If selecting a “Saturday Only” in January, February, or March, you will have access between 8:00 am - and 11:00 pm.

  • 5 minutes to I-80 and Highway 287
